Project Overview
This project consisted of stripping off the existing asphalt roof down to the concrete deck and installing a warm built up felt roofing system, comprising of hot air welded details to avoid any fire risks.
The project also involved replacement of a large structural roof light and minor enabling works to masonry, doors and windows.
