M&J Group was appointed to carry out a comprehensive waterproofing and refurbishment project.
Phase 1 covered the podium, walkways, and flat roofs. We removed old waterproofing, prepared the surfaces, and installed the Westwood R230 liquid waterproofing system. A tile-effect finish was added to enhance the appearance of communal areas.
Phase 2, added during the project, included balconies, terraces and communal walkways. These areas received the same high-quality waterproofing system to ensure consistency across the site.
The project includes a 20-year Westwood warranty, offering long-term protection.
Despite challenges with communication between the managing agent, residents, and surveyor, M&J remained proactive. We worked closely with all parties, kept clear records, and addressed concerns quickly to keep the project running smoothly.
