There are many different waterproofing systems, with many different guarantees and characteristics, so it can be a minefield when trying to choose the right system for you. Here at M&J, we pride ourselves on being independent from any manufacturer, allowing us to provide you with completely impartial and independent advice. We don’t fit round pegs in square holes!
M&J carry out a Risk Assessment & Method Statement on EVERY job, so that all H&S issues are thoroughly thought through before we carry out the works. Every job also has a full scaffold plan, showing the client exactly where the scaffolding will be positioned and how it is erected. Both the occupants and general public’s wellbeing is considered when erecting any scaffold, as all ingress and egress points are covered using scaffold fans to ensure they are kept open and safe for use.
Guarantees range from material only 5 year guarantees to single point, insurance backed 40 year labour and material guarantees depending on the type of system required.
M&J are a truly national contractor, with projects even taking us as far afield as Finland, India and Romania! We have contracts in place from Durham, to Cornwall, Glasgow to Southampton and Carlise to Cardiff. With a team of surveyors covering the entire country, we can service all 4 corners of the UK whether that be a £500 repair or a multi-million pound refurbishment project.
