Framework Appointments

M&J have the ability to carry out Pitched and Flat Roofing, plus all types of refurbishments works under our Framework appointments with the LHC, WPA (Welsh Procurement Alliance) and SPA (Scottish Procurement Alliance).

We are the only contractor to appear on all 3 Frameworks with national coverage, which allows us to be directly appointed, whilst being fully OJEU compliant.

Procure works fast and efficiently, whilst achieving value for money.

CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO)

What is an approved training centre (ATO)?

M&J Group is an Approved Training Organisation provider. Our in-house training centre has been awarded an approved status by CITB.

This means the training courses and qualifications we can offer are of high industry standard.

The aim is to build a stronger more resilient workforce within the construction industry by providing training that has been quality assured by CITB and ensuring all operatives that join the M&J workforce, are fully competent and qualified to the correct levels to carry out their duties to the highest possible standard.

We have 4 qualified Training Managers in-house, who are able to deliver successful training courses across the flat and pitched roofing division, as well as delivering essential Health & Safety training courses.
